Passion to create dishes with heart and soul must come from within. For me, food must be the centre of any gathering and it must be able to show the inner beauty of the ingredients that are being used.
Food has been in my veins for years. I have been cooking for 15 years and started perfecting my passion for working with intense flavours and textures in a local bakery, where my interest in baking and designing began. I am trained in Hospitality and Commercial Cookery and have years of on-the-job training. I also have a Bachelor’s Degree in Education/Teaching.

Over the years, I have worked within the hospitality industry in a variety of settings ranging from working in hotel kitchens, restaurants, cafés and bakeries, through to the present, where I am a Middle School Coordinator and a teacher of Food Technology in a Secondary School. My teaching has extended my love of creating and experimenting with food, and to be able to impart my knowledge and passion of food to young minds is a joy.

As you can see from the variety of functions I have catered for, the options are endless, and I am also well-equipped to design menus for specific dietary needs such as menus suitable for diabetics, coeliacs and vegetarians.
